Of course it's good to see you back, but you tend to take things a little seriously. Something at one time I let you do which I shouldn't have let escalate and I was also guilty of. If you wish to stay, you know you're more than welcome. If you decide to go, then it was good to see you again. There is no special compensation. As for being a mod again, this isn't something that is a 'given' just because of your join date dear one.
