I bought Enter the Matrix for PS2 and I started the game with Ghost. When I get to the Agent Helicopter and I try to shoot at it, the screen goes black and you can hear the gun shot over and over again. I asked my friend about it and he said he had the same thing happen to him in the same exact place and he exchanged it and it was still happening. So I had to see for myself, I exchanged my copy of the game and it is still doing the same thing! I am frustrated because I don't know what to do and I want to continue the game. At first I thought it was just that copy of the game, but then I exchanged it and it's still doing it! So then I thought that maybe it was my system, but my friend is having the same problem! CAN ANYONE TELL ME ANYTING ABOUT THIS AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT?!!!! please.... your help would be greatly appreciated! :(
doesn't happen on my bothers, he has ps2 version, i have xbox version and it doesn't happen on that either
You have a bad disc take it back and get a new one if you kept the receipt.

I don't think it's a bad disc because I did take it back and get another one and that one is doing the same exact thing! And it can't be my system because my friend's is doing the same exact thing. I'm so tired of this! Does anyone know anything about this?????????? please...... your help would be greatly appreciated.
Basically it's probably in the game system. First if you have on the gameshark or any cheats on, turn them off. Second, you might want to try the game on the Computer if you have one and see what the problem is there>.
IF you are hearing and having the same problem, just call back the number on the warranty in the back of the book and get your money back. You should get an xbox and the xbox version. I have a ps2 and i haven't rented the gamen yet. I rent before i buy so i'll know what it is like instead of wasting all that money and having it mess up on me. Then having to wait to find the time to take the Damn thing back to get another one and have the same thing happen twice.

If i were you.. I would get the Xbox version of the game. PS2 games **** up pretty easily.

I have xbox with xbox version and the same thing happened to me after I beat the first helicopter. I would start to turn around to shoot the guards coming out of the roller door and the game would freeze making a buzzing noise!! This happened on at least 8 other times when I had to beat the same damn copter. It got to the point that when I beat it, I had to try and time it so the copter would go down as I was turning around which was a ball buster but I got there in the end.
Has anyone else experienced this on xbox??
This is the same thing that happened to my friend. We both have a ps2 and enter the matrix game. It froze on him using ghost at the second control tower stage with the agent flying the chopper. But my cd worked for me. So we swapped the cds and his version works on mine and my version again froze on him. But everyone of his other ps2 games works perfectly.
The only thing i can up with is his ps2 is older than mine. Maybe this is the case.
I just hate the fact that ps2 is so friggin sensitive. Its high maintainance for sure.
Thats the reason I switched to Xbox. Avoiding all the troubles that came with the PS2. But It seems that I haven't had much luck with the Xbox either. But It's never been anything too serious. Clean your len(s) and see what happens.
