New sub-subheading?

So, I'm looking and not finding anywhere an explanation, so I'll bring it up here. What's the deal with the new titles under the custom titles? What are they based on (if anything)?

They are your user ranks, and they are based on your current post count. It's based on working your way up the office chain in a corporation.
