Shouldn't that be up to a moderator/administrator to decide? After all, they were elected by the owner of this site because they are seen as responsible and unbiased enough to know what is best for the board.

Well yes technically it wouldn't be allowed...but rules, especially in this case, can be bent a little. Things have been a little quiet lately, and I'm sure we can do with a little slaps and hugs with a familiar face.
So welcome back NW! Things haven't changed all that much - of course, apart from the forum being less matrix-y and more everything-y (lol), I believe you'll have lots of fun just looking through recent threads.
Oh, and I second the heart attack thing. I thought it was going to be mushy speech along the lines of that Madonna-played movie about an Argentinian politician, lol. 'Shoulda put a question mark 'stead of exclamations! :D
