vampires?

just a question.....in the enter the matrix game there are vampires. How are they relavent to the Matrix? Are there going to be vampires in revolutions?

If you paid attention to what the oracle said in the movie she told Neo that there were rogue programs from the other previous matrix's that wouldn't go away. These programs are what we see as anamolies such as ghosts, vampires, and werewolves. Programs that are misbehaving.

The Marilvingian has some of these anomolies working for him: the twins and the guy Persephone killed with her SILVER bullet. There are other threads that talk about this if you look around.

yeah they are rogue programs...personally, I thought staking the vampires was one of the most fun parts of the game...hehehe.

How does that have partly to do with Smith copying himself? Isn't he a virus, not a rogue program?

I believe Redpill is doing what they call 'powerposting'.

I know agents are programs, Grate, but Smith isn't an agent anymore. Smith "copies" himself and spreads, like a virus.

A virus is still a program, it's a very malicous program.

isn't a virus a bad program that attacks or attaches it self to other programs

The Merovingian probably just likes vampires, hence he sticks his house full with them and they make good bodyguards (against lesser mortals than ghost or niobe at least).

persephone shot cain/or abel in the forehead...if you were a vampire wouldnt you shoot their heart?

It doesn't matter when ur shooting with silver bullets.

It's not just the people that work for that French gezzer. They are all vampires. But they could have put in a fight between your character (Ghost or Niobe) and the Marrovingian in the game. But instead you fight so other gezzer which isn't even in the game. There are a million things they could have done to the game to make it better. But they decided to rush it.

But then again... Maybe they shouldn't have because it isn't actually part of the story. You don't see the Marrovingian in person on the game, so that would'nt be right

Yeah. :) But I can't blame them though, because sometimes they have to rush things otherwise they could be behind again with the times and another game could already be better than the game they bring out and it would be a waste of time.
