Hi, apparently i'm not allowed to start a new thread in the Matrix Reloaded forum.
As you can see I can do it here, but I haven't a clue why it won't let me in Reloaded.
Suggestions?

I am NMN, one of the admins here, and what you have just experienced was our new hack. You must have a minimum post count of 10 to make a new thread in all the forums. This is a safety precaution so we do not get 'n00bs' or the like posting random threads and making the staff get irritated.
