Then created a species "in his image" he would easily be recodnized as a God. These "people" were given knowledge that they soon forgot, which may explain how so many "advanced" cultures poped up around the world(China,Aztec,Egypt,Babylonia). For instance the Egyptians how did they just come to know such things as mathematics (trig) and astronomy in a very little time, which they used to design and build the great Pyramid. The ancient Mayas calculated exactly that Venus had a year of 584 days and also that the cycles of the sun,moon and Venus coincide after 37,960 days, how they have possibly known that with such accuracy ? They must have had help.
An astronaut "God" had to have given them this knowlege. Man evolved slowly over millions of years then suddenly he made enourmous strides, a huge forward leap.
