I just got to thinking this but The matrix it self was Dejavu i mean if you look at it the architect made the same thing six times and every time for five times the same damn thing happend. The Oracle lead the the chosen one to become the one. all the ones rebuilt zion.this may also be why dejavu was a bad thing in the matrix because dejavu in dejavu would scew up the system witch is why dejavu was something being changed in the system. but neo doing different in the sixth matrix changed all this as we all know witch lead to also a new ending and a new beginning. but does this mean every time for five times now this same thing will happen. What do you think of this dejavu theory.
It's acctually a very good theory, I have never looked at it in that way before, but it makes perfect sense.

As for it happening the same way 5 times, it's hard to know. They surely would have had to walk the same path to the letter. Or would they? Very good point AO and gives me something to think about..
yeah, there is alot of dejavu in the movie's (most of them are in m1)

DEJAVU - Seems like a theory of updation and deletion, for a sole purpose. The Architect only tried to make a more realistic MATRIX.
What I think --
Now we need to think one step higher. What if the MATRIX actually exists. What I think is our own MATRIX is just like a game, which reaches its end [as a game reaches its same end again and again]. Machines trying to use humans, but still keeping them busy in the very MATRIX. Happening of same things five times can a target to reach, to make a much better version of MATRIX.
Now interestingly we can say that the dinosaurs died out as a result of a much more older and primitive program. So this automatically proves that the MATRIX actually exists in this very world. Going back to the movie - same thing happened 5 times but not the sixth time - cause of a much better version of program. Same thing can be compared to the existence of dinosaurs and us. Maybe tomorrow some comet falls upon us leading to the termination of our very own MATRIX [in our case it would be just second time].
