incorrect. In fact, the Matrix Reloaded costed more than that. These days, instead of actually making good movies, they make more expensive movies with a lot of CGI.

Actually that would be a human, a moose is not that small and has quite large neck muscles. Put it this way a moose's neck is larger than a bear's paw.
