This is a gift for your assignment to your ships captains. I hope you enjoy and wear them proudly. At the moment they are to stay in this room, until such time as we are allowed to have them elsewhere.

All the other banners are awesome as well. We should all pool for a fund so we can buy UT all her stuff back, when she was robbed a while ago. She deserves it.

.Aww hell Haxx honey, you know that's one of the nicest things anyone has said to me. My mates over here buy my kids and myself dvds to build back up my beloved collection of anime, however that's gettin me teary, thanks for the wonderful thought, and it certainly is the thoughts that matter most.

They look real good UT. I especially like mine ;). It looks trippy. I could stare at the spiral all day.

Sorry to hear you were robbed, UT :( Those jerks.... if you want, I can get together "my people" and we... ;)


On a side note, it's now decided: Freddy Krueger is the Osiris captain, and I'm the gunner (hooray for weaponry! thanks to Val for making the new position :) )

Thanks sparky, I made them with Photoshop. However the same effect can be achieved using Paintshop, and it's also a cheaper alternative. ;)

How can I join a ship? And what do I need to do if I join one?

You need 100 posts first, then you jsut ask one of the ship captains to join their ship. Then, if there is ship RPG going on, you can join in with your ship.

To make sure you're placed in a ship AgentSmith_fan, make sure you don't spam your way through the forum trying to rake up enough posts to sign up. The Captains are watching.

Okay. Thanks for the tip. But I still do have a question. Do the people of this website give these ship leaders different missions? Or do the leaders make it themselves?

It's really quite simple. Look at me. I'm the craptain of the Neb. One day, I decided, "Hmmm, I have over 600 posts... and I'm bored... So I'm gonna ask to be the craptain of the Neb." I ask, and receive. Now the title resides under my avatar, as you can see. Now, tomorrow, I, acting as captain of the ship, could decide to start a mission for my ship. To do this, I simply imagine a mission we could go on. Perhaps it's a search and rescue mission in the Matrix. Sounds good, right? So I start a thread in the Mission Area section, with the first part of our mission. From there, other members from MY ship continue the story. It's just a role playing game. Got it?

Ah, and do heed UT's word. She's quite wise. Most of the time. Like now.

Right, since it's the weekend and I'm feeling a little artistic (not to mention now have a stable image host once more lol) I'm gonna be making more banners for the Ship's captains and even the crew. Since now almost all people use 2 banners for their sigs, what the hell. One for your ship and one for awards if you've won one or several on rotation? Just a thought, to chew over so to speak. This section really needs more support from not just a select few but all members. So let's show a little spirit here! Watch this space guys. :D
