The Perfect goverment

If i were to start a goverment it would be a Republic/Dictatorship
I of course would the "Dictator" (dictator ship doesnt have to be bad) all positions of power below me exept for second in command would be directly elected by the people based on intelligence or the Ideas that they propose, There would be a council of 17 or 23 that would discuss new ideas and plans before they go into action, the group has no direct power though
they are merely a think tank, the brains of the operation
there would be no need for a welfare system because everyone would be provided a job if they cannot find one, the school system would be exceptional as would the goverment goverment funded universities, taxes would be relatively low,crimes would be investigated to the fullest of extents their would be no mistakes

Rights of the people would be freedom of speech that includes freedom of the press, people would lead their lives of their own free will, able to choose their own proffesion ect.
laws would be applied as neccesary, there wouldnt be hoard of unnecesary ones, mostly things like man slaughter, theft , fraud , privacy, there would be fines against such things as intentional loitering, to enforce the little laws you have to respect the little ones, all buildings would require a sprinkler system to help fire emergencies, all police officers would have to remain fit, because you cant chase someone if you're overweight or out of shape

the jail syatem would be much like that of a sort of alcatraz, the prison would be out at sea with no means of transportation off the island


if anyone sees any flaws in my gov please point them out
and if anyone has a goverment of their own id sure like to see it

My perfect government would to be:
No government
My society would be organized chaos, Crowd/birth control would be my main focus.
I would rule the world along with the illuminati (and maybe invite HU along ;))
My society would be controlled by fear, not religion but pure fear. Because fear is the more feared human emotion...

that sounds exactly like anarchy but it is not organized

it doesnt sound like you would stay in power for very long, not everyone can be scared into listening and eventually there would be uprisings and it would spread like wildfire

Exactly the opposite. I would be the greatest Manipulator of them all, they would fear me, but they would not be able to leave me, because i offer them everything they need.
Just like a wife with an abusive husband, no matter how much he hits her, she still goes back to him, she needs him, and the fear that the husband creates is something that draws her back to him.

People eventually will hate me, and that is fine, no government can ever rule forever, and I wouldnt want to.
Soon enough I would appoint a leader to take my place, and which they will rule forever more.

A 'dictator' who allows freedom of speech and press is not a dictator. A Dictatorship implies despotic power, so your government is unfortuantely fundamentally flawed. Unless of course, everyone under your power is there out of choice...but then that means you control a sect rather than a government.

the positions of power below me are there but i still can override any law order ect the only real dictator ship aspect of my goverment is the dictator alone, i alone choose to let them have freedom of speech but at anytime i can take it away,

a dictatorship does not have to be a tyranny

The Illuminati have no intention of creating a dictatorship, they simply intend on executing a modernized version of "the Republic" (by Plato).
These ideas are fascistic, because they describe the rulers deciding what is best for the people.

However when coupled with the sociological ideas of the Illuminati, a central food industry, children from the community, et cetera, I believe a Utopia aka a Republic can exist.

Haxxor, I see nothing wrong with logic. After all, logic describes how the world works, how the Universe works. Fear is but an attempt to survive in such a world by relying on instincs that no longer have a function.

And who would apoint this person as being the most "intelligent"?? The problem with the government as we have it now is that people vote for who they think are the most intelligent (obviously not the case wtih bush)
But it cant be said that the most intelligent can rule the world/government, its impossible.
Everyone's sole purpose it to think, most of us dont sit there and do absolutly nothing, even when we dont think we are thinking about not thinking.

i like the idea of a direct democracy, wih maybe a little representative democracy mixed in, maybe in times of war or something.

thats why the supreme leader of my goverment or dictator would not be elected by the people he would take a series of tests similar to an IQ test but with much more in it, they would also go through a series of simulation events like a national catastophe and such to see his reaction

Mao Zedong had a very high IQ, but presided over one of the most restrictive regimes in history. Would he be a good candidate?

But at first in 1920 Mao went to Changsha where he opted for a democratic goverment in the province of Hunan but it failed it was only because of this failure that he later went on to lead the CCP

it was only the regime that he was leading that was wrongful not the man, had the democratic idea not failed china might very well be a democracy today he was a was a great leader

OK, one huge flaw here.

You see if you were to find someone that as purely intelligent, they would be intelligent enough not to become a world leader, or to get into the world of politics.
Because of there intelligence they wouldnt want to be succumbed by politics and world dictatorship.
Which is why most of us have idiots for presidents ect. Because all the "intelligent beings" have the intelligence not to.
